SUMMARY:Wild Turkey Observations
DESCRIPTION:The Wildlife Commission is seeking the public’s assistance in reporting observations of wild turkeys this summer. The online survey will be available on the Commission’s website from July 1 until Aug. 31. Information entered during that two-month period gives an indication of annual wild turkey productivity\, gobbler carryover and other population trends that help agency biologists manage the state’s wild turkey population. Look for more information and a link  on ncwildlife.org on July 1.

Susan Campbell is one of the few individuals worldwide who are licensed to handle Hummingbirds. \nThis program is weather permitting. Call the park office prior to the event to confirm that banding is taking place.
