We will scout out some of the bird species we have around the boat ramp and see how many different species we can find. Merchants Millpond is known for its great bird diversity\, which is partly due to its varying ecosystem types. \nThis event is open to the public and for all ages. Please dress for the weather. Binoculars are available on a first come\, first served basis. If you have any questions\, please call the visitor center at 252-357-1191.
