Experience the beauty of fall foliage on a short ranger led hike at Holmes ESF in Hendersonville, NC. We will identify 10 trees, and discuss the basics of photosynthesis, biochemistry and the process of leaf change. Wear comfortable hiking shoes, and clothing appropriate for the weather.
