All Inspectors must meet minimum eligibility requirements and attend a four-hour Qualified ATFS Inspector training offered online or by the N.C. Tree Farm Program. Training is valid for the duration of the current Standards of Sustainability. Inspectors who have updated their training to the 2021 Standards of Sustainability are eligible for a the 2024 recognition and benefits package offered by the N.C. Tree Farm Program.
