• Updates from the U.S. Forest Service, N.C. Forest Service and Haywood Community College
• Discussion of N.C. Legislative Issues Impacting Forestry
• Presentation on Upland Hardwood Silviculture for Multiple-Use Forest Management (U.S. Forest Service Southern Research Station)
• Field Tour at Bent Creek Research and Demonstration Forest With a Focus on Silvicultural Treatments

Doors open at 9:00 a.m. Program begins at 9:30.
