NC State Park’s annual theme is “Year of Fire”. Join a ranger to learn about how fire is beneficial to the park and its ecosystems. We will take a look at some of the tools used in safe fire management and end the program with a short hike to see the effects of fire in the landscape. Meet at the Visitor Center.
